Privacy Policy
Last updated 21 August 2026
This policy explains what data we collect and why we hold it. It also covers who we share it with, and how you get it deleted. It covers this website. It also covers the software we use to run advertising for our clients, including the tools we connect to Meta.
Who we are
Ads For Coaches is a trading brand of More Marketing Solutions Ltd. It is a company registered in New Zealand. We run Facebook and Instagram ads for coaches and consultants.
For anything in this policy, contact us at logan@adsforcoaches.online. We are the data controller for the data described below, except where we act on a client's instructions, in which case that client is the controller and we are their processor.
Data we collect
Website visitors
This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. We do not build a profile of you when you read it. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.
People who contact us
If you email us or book a call, we hold your name, email address, any phone number you give us, and what you tell us about your business. We use it to reply to you, to prepare for the call, and to keep a record of the conversation. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we have accurate notes. We will tell you at the start of a call if it is being recorded.
Client business data
When you become a client, you grant us access to the accounts we need in order to do the work. That normally includes your Meta ad account, your Facebook Page, your Instagram account, your website tracking, and your CRM. Through those accounts we access:
- Advertising account structure, creative, budgets and settings
- Advertising performance data such as spend, impressions, clicks, leads and cost per result
- Page and Instagram account details, published posts, and comments on your ads
- Where you use Meta lead forms, the contact details submitted by people who fill them in
- Conversion and booking data from your CRM, so we can check what the advertising actually produced
We only access accounts you have granted us access to, and only for as long as that access remains granted.
Our Meta app
We operate a private Meta app that is used only by us, on our own client accounts. It is not offered to the public, it has no sign-in for third parties, and nobody outside our team can connect to it.
The app reads and writes advertising data through the Meta Marketing API so that we can build, launch and report on campaigns. It uses permissions such as ads management, ads read, business management, page access, Instagram access and lead retrieval. It does not post to your Page or your Instagram account other than as advertising creative you have approved.
Data pulled through this app is used only to run and report on your advertising. It is not sold, rented, or used to build audiences for anyone other than you.
Why we hold it and on what basis
- To deliver the service you hired us for. This is the performance of our contract with you.
- To reply to enquiries and run sales conversations. This is our legitimate interest in operating a business, and your consent where you gave us your details.
- To keep financial and tax records. This is a legal obligation.
- To keep our systems secure. This is our legitimate interest.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We do use service providers to run the business, and your data passes through them. The main ones are:
- Meta Platforms for advertising delivery and reporting
- Google for email, documents, spreadsheets and file storage
- Anthropic for the AI assistant we use to draft and check work
- GoHighLevel where a client's funnel, forms or CRM are built on it
- Fathom for call recording and transcription
- Slack and ClickUp for internal communication and task tracking
- Cloudflare for hosting this website
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Where it is stored
We are based in New Zealand. Our providers store data in the United States, the European Union and elsewhere, so your data will be transferred outside your own country. We choose established providers who contract to protect the data they hold.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client work, campaign records and performance history: for the length of the engagement and up to 24 months after it ends, so we can answer questions about past work.
- Financial records: seven years, because New Zealand tax law requires it.
- Lead contact details captured through your ads: these belong to you. We hold them only in transit and inside your own systems.
When access to your Meta or CRM accounts is revoked, our tools stop being able to read them from that moment.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also ask for a copy in a portable format, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email logan@adsforcoaches.online and we will respond within 30 days.
For deletion specifically, see our data deletion instructions.
If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, you can complain to the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner, or to your own local data protection authority.
Children
Our service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Where the change is significant and you are a client, we will tell you directly.
