Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated 21 August 2026
You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you at any time. You do not have to be a client to ask, and you do not have to give a reason.
How to make a request
Email logan@adsforcoaches.online with the subject line:
Data deletion request
Include the following so we can find your records:
- Your full name
- The email address you used with us
- Your business name, if you have one
- Your Facebook Page name or ad account ID, if you know it
We may ask one question back to confirm you are who you say you are. We do this to stop somebody else deleting your records.
What happens next
- We confirm we received your request, normally within two working days.
- We locate every record tied to you across our systems.
- We delete them and confirm to you in writing when it is done.
The whole process takes up to 30 days. It is usually much faster.
What gets deleted
- Your contact details and any enquiry or sales records
- Call recordings, transcripts and notes about you
- Working files, briefs, ad copy drafts and reports we hold about your business
- Any advertising performance data we stored outside your own accounts
- Messages and tasks about you in our internal tools
What we cannot delete
Two things sit outside what we are able to remove.
- Data inside your own accounts. Your Meta ad account, your Facebook Page, your Instagram account and your CRM belong to you, not to us. We can hand back or step away from them, but you or Meta control what is deleted there. Meta holds advertising records under its own policy. You can read it in the Meta Privacy Policy.
- Financial records. New Zealand tax law requires us to keep invoices and payment records for seven years. We keep the minimum needed and nothing else.
Removing our access to your Meta accounts
You can cut our access yourself, immediately, without waiting for us. Doing this stops our software being able to read anything from your accounts from that moment on.
- Go to business.facebook.com and open Business settings.
- Under Users, select Partners.
- Find More Marketing in the list.
- Select Remove, then confirm.
You may have granted access to a single account rather than as a partner. In that case, open Accounts, then Ad accounts. Select the account and remove us from the people assigned to it.
A note on our Meta app
Our Meta app is private. It is used only by our own team, on client accounts we have been given access to. There is no public sign-in, so there is no app login for you to revoke. Removing our partner access, as described above, is the complete step.
